Très bien
M’étant mise au Self Défense, il me fallait un protège-dents. Pour moi, ce modèle est très bien.Bien sûr, au début cela gêne un peu. Comme toute chose, il faut s’y habituer, car ce n’est pas naturel d’avoir quelque chose sur les dents.La première fois, cela m’a même donné un peu mal au cœur (Je n’avais jamais porté de protège-dents de ma vie). Mais à mon 3ème cour, c’était nettement plus supportable, et cela va de mieux en mieux.Pour moi, Il n’est pas épais, juste assez pour protéger les dents, et il semble de bonne qualité. Il ne donne pas un goût de plastique dans la bouche.Il est stocké dans une boite transparente bien solide, et bien pratique pour le transporter partout.N’oubliez pas de le laver avant de le mettre à la bouche.Attention, comme tout protège-dents, il faut le mouler à sa mâchoire avant de l’utiliser. Il y a avec une notice qui explique comment faire. (Notice en français, anglais, allemand, chinois, italien, arabe, espagnole, portugais…)Comment le préparer (c’est simple) :- Faites bouillir de l’eau dans une bouilloire ou une casserole,- Versez l’eau dans un bol,- Placez le protège-dents dans ce bol et le laisser 30 secondes, puis le retirer avec une cuillère ou une pince alimentaire,- Léchez vos lèvres et placer soigneusement le protège-dents dans la bouche. Mettez-vous face à un miroir, afin de s’assurer de bien aligner le protège-dents avec l’axe médian des dents supérieures et mordez très doucement en fermant les lèvres.- Aspirez le protège-dents en…
