SAFEJAWZ X-Men Launch Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Protective Sportswear Ltd, T/A SAFEJAWZ, Unit 10, Birch Lane Business Park, Aldridge, Walsall, WS9 0NF, referred to as “SAFEJAWZ”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms.
2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, United States of America and Europe aged 18 or over.
Employees of SAFEJAWZ, their immediate families, agencies, partners, suppliers or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must enter on behalf of a sports club, team, gym, school, college, university or sports organisation that they are connected to or wish to nominate.
3. How to enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must:
- Complete the SAFEJAWZ X-Men waitlist quiz; and
- Subscribe to receive marketing emails from SAFEJAWZ during the promotional period.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Only one entry is permitted per person. Multiple, automated, bulk, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
By entering, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
4. Promotional period
The prize draw opens on [insert opening date] and closes at 11:59pm BST on 30 July 2026.
Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. The prize
There is one prize available.
The winner will receive £500 worth of SAFEJAWZ X-Men product for their nominated club, equivalent to 30 X-Men mouthguards.
The prize is subject to product availability. SAFEJAWZ reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative SAFEJAWZ product of equal or greater value if necessary.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
The draw will take place within 7 working days of the closing date.
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the prize draw.
7. Claiming the prize
The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide the required delivery details.
If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, SAFEJAWZ reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from all valid entries.
SAFEJAWZ accepts no responsibility if the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect or incomplete contact details.
8. Delivery
The prize will be delivered to a valid delivery address in the United Kingdom, United States of America or Europe.
SAFEJAWZ will cover standard delivery costs.
Any local taxes, customs duties, import charges or additional fees payable outside of the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the winner.
SAFEJAWZ will not be responsible for any delay, loss or damage caused by customs, postal services, courier services or events outside its reasonable control.
9. Marketing consent and data protection
By subscribing to receive marketing emails as part of this promotion, entrants agree to receive email marketing from SAFEJAWZ, including updates, product launches, offers and brand news.
Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in SAFEJAWZ emails.
Personal data provided during entry will be used to administer the prize draw, contact the winner and, where consent has been given, send marketing communications.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with the SAFEJAWZ Privacy Policy
10. Publicity
SAFEJAWZ may ask the winner for permission to share their name, club name, photo, social media handle or related content for promotional purposes.
The winner is not required to take part in publicity if they do not wish to.
11. General
SAFEJAWZ reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms, provides false information, acts fraudulently or attempts to manipulate the prize draw.
SAFEJAWZ reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the prize draw if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
SAFEJAWZ’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAFEJAWZ will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize, except where caused by SAFEJAWZ’s negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
13. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
